Andrea Marcato

39, Italy (living in Zurich, Switzerland)

Last year, Andrea became the fastest first-time finisher of the 3100, reaching the goal in 43 days+12:07:26 in Salzburg, Austria. The athletic wonder never wavered throughout the race, averaging 71.26 miles (114.48km) per day. He is now ranked fifth fastest runner all-time, setting numerous national records along the way. He has gone past 1000km for the Ten Day Race. He is also an accomplished long distance open water swimmer, placing third in 2017 and 2018 at the Lake Zurich Race (26km).



 

Vasu Nikolay Duzhiy

Age 54, St. Petersburg, Russia

Vasu won the 2018 race in 46 days, 17 hours, his third victory. In 2015 he ran a personal best to finish in third place, reaching 3100 miles in 44 days+06:10:42, almost three days faster than his previous best. He now has eight finishes to his credit. He is ranked sixth all-time for 3100 miles; one of only six men to have averaged 70 or more miles per day in this event. He works as a foreman for a lumber company when not running long distances.


Harita Davies

Age 46, Christchurch, New Zealand

In 2019 Harita became the fastest New Zealander to ever finish the 3100, man or woman. Her time was 51 days, nine hours, ranking her fifth fastest woman in the world for 3100 miles. She finished the 3100 Mile Race in her first attempt in 2017, reaching the goal in 51 days, 12 hours. She has bests of 380 miles for six days and 600 miles for ten days. She is an international spokesperson for the Sri Chinmoy Oneness-Home Peace Run, a global event that passes a burning peace torch to people of all walks of life, raising awareness of humanity’s need for oneness and empathy between all countries and peoples.


 

Takasumi Senoo

39, Japan

In March of 2020, Takasumi ran over 4000 km in the one-time Athens 5000km race. He is a two-time winner of the French Tour De France running race-43 stages- 2778km- in 2015 and 2019. In 2019 he finished fourth in our highly competitive 10 day with 652.8 miles (1050km). He has been dreaming of doing our 3100 Mile Race here in New York since 2014.


Lo Wei Ming

58, Taiwan (ROC)

Wei Ming has run over 75 ultra races, while holding national records for 48 hours, six days, 1000km, ten-days, and 1000 miles. He ran 640 miles at our 10 Day Race in 2014; returned again to run 664 miles in 2019. He ran 1000 miles (16:21:18:03) in 2010 in Athens. He is like a rock star in the running world of Taiwan, and has been claimed a national treasure by the news media there and abroad.


Stutisheel Oleg Lebedev

51 years, Kiev, Ukraine

Another accomplished ultra long-distance runner, Stutisheel completed nine 3100 Mile Races in twelve attempts. His best result is 48 days + 03: 57: 19, with an average of 64.36 miles per day (103.58 km) set in 2014. It is ranked 19th overall. On his account, two finishes in the Ironman triathlon and an ultra swim across Lake Zurich, 26 km. He is the CEO of an IT company, who in addition is the author of five books on his sporting achievements and the keys to success. Stutisheel also serves as a training coach from marathon to Ironman and multi-day races.


Ananda-Lahari Zuscin

Age 47, Kosice, Slovakia

Ananda-Lahari is a veteran of the sport with 22 multi-days, including sixteen 3100’s started, and over 50 ultras completed. He has finished the 3100 miler six times with a fastest time of 49 days, 9 hours. He is ranked 28th in the world. He is also known for putting up big miles late in the long races. On day 47 in 2019 he ran 89 miles, just because he could. He still has unused potential to be shown and utilized in his journey of many years of miles and miles.
